I believe we all need people who will listen, encourage us, challenge us when we need it, and remind us of just how capable we are.

Sometimes that means recognizing your strengths, seeing things from a different perspective, or exploring new possibilities. Other times, it means slowing down, letting go of expectations, and appreciating what's already happening in your life.

Through coaching, spiritual direction, and team development, I offer a place to talk, reflect, and explore what matters to you.
