For as long as I can remember I have loved being with people and listening to their stories and experiences that have shaped their lives. This desire led me down a path which has taught me different approaches to caring for and coaching others. It is work I feel so honored and blessed to do. I hold a Master's in School Counseling - Student Affairs, a Certification in Deep Transformational Coaching, and a Certification in Spiritual Direction. I use a unique blend of proven tools rooted in spiritual direction principles and transformational coaching practices to help guide you to the clarity you are seeking. Our sessions are an intentional time for you to explore what is being stirred within you.

The FarmThe photos you see on this page are of my favorite place on this earth - our family farm. Being outside and especially on the farm that has meant so much to my family, and especially my Dad, is where I feel most at home. There's something about God's beauty surrounding me, the simplicity of breathing in the country air, and being on the land that my family has tended for decades. My parents instilled in me the importance of taking care of the land, working side by side to accomplish a goal, leaning on God to provide and take care of what the land needs in order to produce a crop, and the value of going outside to clear my mind while spending time talking with God. Walking on the dirt road is where I find peace and comfort on the farm (pictured above). This time spent walking and talking with God is where I gain clarity, cry out for guidance, and feel His presence all around me. Living on the farm keeps me rooted in God, and the life lessons I first began learning here: hard work, perseverance, dedication, loyalty, resilience.
I have one older brother. He was pivotal during my early life with how he dedicated himself to the sport of basketball. He was a great role model and inspiration on how to dream big and pursue a college basketball career, even as a small town kid. He showed me the path and helped me forge my own way. Now I love watching him and my sister-in-law be wonderful parents to my nieces. My nieces bring me so much joy! Going to their activities, watching them grow, and supporting their interests is my favorite past time.
Staying ActiveSports have always played a big part in my life. As a college athlete, I played basketball and then I went on to coaching basketball at the college and high school levels. I'm also passionate about playing and coaching volleyball. I enjoy creating individual workouts for student athletes and illustrating how sports teaches great life lessons. Overcoming adversity, a willingness to play different roles to best help support the team, intentional communication, investing in something you're passionate about, trusting in your teammates and coaches, building relationships, and dedicating yourself to something that is bigger than you - all of these great life skills have come through my athletic endeavors.

FamilyMy family is extremely important to me. My parents shaped and impacted my life. As a nurse for 49 years, my Mom has shown me what it means to care for people, not only for their physical health but also their emotional wellbeing. Every day she demonstrates service to others and what it means to love people. My Mom illustrates balance between career, family, faith, and her role of working alongside my dad on the farm for 44 years. She's been a beacon of hard work and sacrifice.
My Dad passed away in 2021. I've often been told that I'm a lot like him. One of the biggest blessings of my life was being with him at the end of his life as his caregiver. My love for the outdoors came from him. There's nothing he loved more than being outside on his tractor. My Dad taught me problem solving skills, perseverance, integrity, putting others first, and what it looks like to never give up on something that you love. His life was dedicated to his family and the farm. I wish everyone could see how much he loved all of us and especially his granddaughters. He was the epitome of being a steward of the land and dedicating his life to his family. FriendshipFriendship is a true blessing and the fellowship that I receive from my inner circle really helps shape my life. There are other people who have come in and out of my life. Some who've stayed for a season and others who've been there for all the ups and downs. I've learned and grown from all the those placed in my life. I value the way my inner circle shows up for me, pushes me when I need it, protects me, and loves me through anything. Having people who allow you to feel safe and understood makes a huge difference in your life. I know that my friends do this for me!
